Leading provider of pension administration services based in Liverpool, Merseyside. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pensions Implementation Manager to join their team and play a key role in implementing pension administration operations.

We are looking for a Pensions Implementation Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pension schemes. This role requires a deep understanding of pension regulations, and the ability to drive efficiency and excellence in our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating pension book transfers and related implementation plans.
  • Taking accountability of tasks to secure successful outcomes.
  • You will be updating the stakeholders throughout the life cycle of operational activities.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders when required to assist in satisfying internal governance and sign-off protocols.
  • Support positive outcomes for pension scheme members.
  • Support the adviser introducers and other key stakeholders to secure a smooth onboarding and bulk transfer experience.
  • Support to other tasks at times requested by the Head of Customer Services

Experience:

  • Experience within the Pensions industry.
  • Experience managing client relationships.
  • Professional certification in pensions administration (e.g., PMI, APMI, or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of pension regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
