Customer Advisor
Start 10 February. Temporary to permanent. £11.44 per hour

Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers on a monthly basis over the telephone using a diary system.
- Conducting stock checks and ordering medical equipment as required.
- Collaborating with Doctors’ surgeries and pharmacies.
- Handling inbound enquiries professionally.
- Performing accurate data entry and order placements.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
Skills and Experience
- Available to start around the 10 February
- Proven success in a customer service or call centre role.
- Experience with patients, Doctors’ surgeries, or pharmacies is preferred.
- Commitment to a 12-week temp-to-perm role.
