Customer Advisor

Start 10 February. Temporary to permanent. £11.44 per hour

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers on a monthly basis over the telephone using a diary system.
• Conducting stock checks and ordering medical equipment as required.
• Collaborating with Doctors’ surgeries and pharmacies.
• Handling inbound enquiries professionally.
• Performing accurate data entry and order placements.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.

Skills and Experience

• Available to start around the 10 February
• Proven success in a customer service or call centre role.
• Experience with patients, Doctors’ surgeries, or pharmacies is preferred.
• Commitment to a 12-week temp-to-perm role.
