What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Supply Planning Co-Ordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end supply planning process – from production scheduling to inventory management. You’ll work across departments and collaborate with European sites to ensure seamless supply and timely fulfilment:

• Planning and scheduling production to meet customer demands efficiently
• Managing replenishment of raw materials and finished goods across Europe
• Liaising with Customer Service to address and resolve supply issues
• Monitoring stock levels, aged stock, and ensuring safety stock is maintained
• Supporting planning improvements through data analysis and reporting
• Assisting the Planning Manager with continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
• A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
• Organised and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a global company
• Experience or knowledge of supply/demand planning or S&OP is a bonus

Hours: 37.5 per week (core hours 10am–3pm; work between 7am–7pm)
