Production Operative – Manufacturing – Bromborough

Our client is a highly respected, ISO-accredited manufacturing company with an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, and employee care. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

Working within the production department, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment.
• Working on production lines to manufacture products to specification.
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Following production schedules and meeting daily targets.
• Completing production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Adhering to all company health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working within a Metal & Metal Finishing or Production environment.
• Previous experience operating print press machinery or working within a metal finishing environment.
• A good standard of English and Maths.
• Intermediate IT skills, including:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• ERP/EFACS systems
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards work.

Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm

Salary up to £27,000
