Project Coordinator – Liverpool
Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a lovely vibrant team. You will work closely with the Project Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination of tasks and schedules. This role is fast-paced and requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in scheduling and managing tasks.
- Preparing and maintaining health and safety documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).
- Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilising Excel and other tools to manage data and reports efficiently.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within construction or health and safety sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Monday – Friday 8-5pm
Salary £25,000-£30,000 DOE
