The Project Site Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for maintaining office systems, managing data entry, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
There will be travel involved in this role so its essential that you drive, you will be traveling to sites around Manchester and Leeds.
Responsibilities
- Provide administration support on projects whilst managing document management.
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager, supporting them with all project system administration
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings using Google Suite tools.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to maintain necessary stock levels.
Skills
- Excellent project administration or project coordination skills
- Proficiency in clerical tasks with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Competence in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping.
