This leading property fit-out organisation, who have a global presence, is looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator who can support all site projects for the Leeds and Yorkshire projects. You will ideally have transport and can drive as there will traveling to different sites around the Yorkshire area.
We are looking for someone who is confident and enjoys building relationships with people, you will be meeting new people daily and will need to communicate efficiently. The role requires a lot of attention to detail, you will be setting up new files, supporting the site set up, ensuring all hardware and internet is set up, arranging PPE equipment, and supporting tender documentation for subcontractors.
- Attend new sites across Leeds and Yorkshire to manage the setup of administration files.
- Attend weekly internal team meetings and provide updates, identity issues.
- Ensure the site office and documentation are being managed efficiently.
- Help collate all information for all regular reporting.
- Ensure all schedules for site set ups are up to date.
- Manage the inbox for all site queries for Leeds and Yorkshire
- Chase relevant departments for updates and information
- Make sure all sites have been set up with the internet and all PPE and hardware has been ordered.
- Maintain all snagging lists.
- Maintain all records of all site inductions.
This is an administrative role working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, the company offers fantastic opportunities to develop, the company also offers superb benefits.
