leading property business based in the heart of Warrington are currently looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small but busy finance team.

Reporting directly to the FD as the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for all accounts payable duties.  You will act as the first point of contact within the finance department, overseeing all daily accountancy functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process 600 - 700 purchase ledger invoices monthly
  • Match invoices to PODs
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Setting up new suppliers on the accounts system

You must have previous experience working within a purchase ledger function as well as having strong communication skills.  You must also be fully conversant on MS Excel.
