With a long-standing history in their Industry, they need an experience Purchase Ledger Clerk for a key position within the team. Working as part of an exceptionally busy team you will need to have experience in working as an accounts assistant with purchase ledger or solely as a purchase ledger.
A large part of this position is dependent upon communication as you will need regular coordination with Goods In and other parts of the business to accurately record the company's purchases.
• Obtain all delivery notes, match invoices to delivery notes
• Processing of invoices:
• Check the accuracy of prices on delivery notes
• Credit check codes with supplier codes
• Investigate booking in errors
• Match and process credits
• Process miscellaneous invoices
Candidates will be part of a small but busy team and will need experience within accounts and purchase ledger.
