This fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organisation located in Manchester is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Purchase Ledger to the Finance Team.

The position is to start ASAP however the client will consider candidates who have a notice to give.
Responsibilities:
- Collating invoices received via post, emails and online portals
- Matching invoices with PO’s
- Posting invoices into the accounting software
- Obtain signatures to authorise invoices for payment
- Scanning invoices into the accounting software
- Reconciling supplier ledger to supplier statements
- Producing supplier remittances and preparing weekly payment runs
- Raising BACS export files to be uploaded to the bank
- Dealing with any supplier queries
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Financial Controller
Requirements:
- Ability to work within a high volume, fast paced business.
- Experience in end-to-end Purchase Ledger processes
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- A strong and confident communicator.
- Eager to learn & a good team player.
