Quality Assurance Monitor

Working with a highly successful and independent company who provide a niche product. Looking for an experienced QA Monitor to support the Risk and Compliance team on a permanent basis.  

Duties below:

  • Assessing calls undertaken within the business as per the Quality Assurance Framework  
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Providing feedback on shortfalls which have been identified within the call assessments  
  • Completion of appropriate levels of monitoring regularly and ensuring all documentation and MI is recorded
  • Carrying out all administrative duties including scanning, printing and photocopying

The successful person will have:

  • Ability to monitor and assess telephone calls
  • Ability to listen empathetically
  • Contribute positively to the team
  • Organise and prioritise workload unsupervised
  • Strong awareness of data protection
  • Strong attention to detail

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
