Working with a highly successful and independent company who provide a niche product. Looking for an experienced QA Monitor to support the Risk and Compliance team on a permanent basis.
Duties below:
- Assessing calls undertaken within the business as per the Quality Assurance Framework
- Implementing process improvements
- Providing feedback on shortfalls which have been identified within the call assessments
- Completion of appropriate levels of monitoring regularly and ensuring all documentation and MI is recorded
- Carrying out all administrative duties including scanning, printing and photocopying
The successful person will have:

- Ability to listen empathetically

- Organise and prioritise workload unsupervised
- Strong awareness of data protection
- Strong attention to detail
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
