Excellent opportunity to join a leading business within the care industry. This role will appeal to applicants experienced working in care for older people.

The role will be to deliver quality and care operational support to deliver high quality home care for older people.  Reporting to the Head of Quality & Standards you will:

  • Conduct franchise audits, either remote or in person and report back any area of concern or excellence
  • Provide input on policies and procedures, keep updated on sector knowledge and best practice in Health and Social Care
  • Attend relevant seminars and courses
  • Produce the Franchise Audit Report and share any areas of concern
  • Monitor action plans, help the franchises to improve service quality and meet franchise standards
  • Identify opportunities for Business Development Consultants to develop and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the network
  • Support new franchise owners to ensure understanding of regulatory obligations and adherence to Franchise Standards
  • Provide Franchise Owners with pre and post regulatory inspection support and provide guidance for undertaking effective self-auditing
  • Work with L&D to write and deliver training for Care Managers and franchise owners
  • Undertake risk and crisis management interventions
  • Provide guidance to owners for Care Manager recruitment
  • Support with new owner training, including hosting events and workshops

To be considered for this role we are looking for the following:

  • Qualifications in social care or nursing, minimum of Level 5   
  • Previous relevant experience at a senior level within Health and Social Care
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay overnight
  • Role will require one to two days per week in Warrington
  • Strong IT skills and good reporting writing skills
  • Knowledge of homecare is a strong advantage
