Quality Manager - up to £50k + benefits 

Working for a leading Healthcare practice in the Cheadle area, this organisation is looking to recruit a full-time Quality Manager to join the team. The position will work directly with the MD and the Senior Medical Consultant to help lead and maintain quality. The ideal candidate will have a degree of project management experience, have worked within compliance, risk, and quality, and be extremely meticulous and thorough with an excellent eye for detail.

Duties:

• To ensure the implementation of the Quality Policy and objectives for the company
• Manage quality, and risk whilst implementing new strategies to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with different policies and procedures
• To be responsible for the analysis and investigation of incidents
• Be responsible for the co-ordination of the audit programme ensuring preventative actions 
• Project manage all early regulatory inspections 
• To undertake overall responsibility for the document control system 
• To manage Third Party Agreements for all licensed clinics
• Working with external departments such as complaints and client liaison officer, managing feedback questionnaires and support actions resulting from the analysis.
• To schedule and chair the annual management review meeting including preparation of the agenda, and creation/circulation of the minutes and any action points to the Quality Team.

Experience:

• Ideally, previous experience will include Medical and healthcare background - this is not essential 
• Previous experience working within a Quality, Risk/Audit, and Compliance role where you have managed audits and prepared for regulatory inspections
• Experience in project managing audits and regulation inspections 
• Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Experience in developing and implementing a quality management framework and carrying out audits
• Experience in Quality Management systems and Rise Management systems
