Based out of our client's Head Office in Warwick, this full-time permanent role will be an integral part of the business. The role involves a variety of Reception and Administrative duties and will be a busy and challenging role for the right candidate. You will be fully involved with working alongside the Radiologists to complete all day-to-day administration tasks, meet and greet new patients and provide exceptional service throughout the organisation.
Time management is key to this role as well as good communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be flexible, organised and have an enthusiastic attitude towards work. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have a good mix of Reception and Administration experience, the ideal person will be flexible and open to working on Reception for half the day and then completing Administration tasks in the afternoon

Reception
- Manage the Reception desk taking telephone calls and dealing with incoming emails
- Sending out appointments to patients and liaising with the radiologist in regards to diary management
- Meeting and greeting visitors and signing people in accordingly
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
- Organising meeting rooms and providing required equipment as per instructions
- Sending out training manuals
Administration
- Sending out monthly newsletters and emails to make third parties aware of up-and-coming vaccinations
- Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
- Taking minutes and notes in meetings
- Managing deliveries and collections for the office
- 1st point of contact for facilities and building issues
- Looking after the stock supplies and ordering stationery
- Managing the invoicing tracking system
- Supporting administration task adhoc
Ideal candidate requirements:
- .Previous experience in administration and/or reception
- Good IT skills, happy to learn new systems competent on Microsoft Office
- Professional, presentable, and positive working attitude
- Able to prioritse and delegate work, managing urgent and non-urgent tasks
- Experience working within a team and also calm under pressure
- Reliable and loyal team member
