Excellent opportunity for an organised and well-presented Reception Administrator to join a Nationwide company based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

This role is working Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm the role will be based on Reception with the majority of the role doing the administration and co-ordination for the training department. We are looking for motivated, and confident candidates who enjoy building new relationships and being busy on a daily basis!

Duties

  • 20% Front of House meeting and greeting visitors, managing the company car park, looking after mobile phone accounts, filing, telephone calls, responding to emails, helping with the facilities and equipment for the office
  • 80% Administration work involving Facility management, ensuring cleanliness at all times, and overall maintenance of the building ensuring the office is secure at all times.
  • Managing all training workbooks, amending and saving when requested using Word.
  • Preparing building ID access cards for new and current staff.
  • Manage all stationery and printer consumables
  • Management of all training equipment.
  • Assisting in setting up the boardroom for meetings.
  • Checking training rooms are set up, stocked, and tidy prior to courses starting.
  • Overall support with training courses ensuring they are running on time and all trainers have the required documents/materials/equipment.
  • Booking and scheduling training courses
  • Setting up Zoom and Teams interviews

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Some experience of working in an office either Reception or Administration
  • Ability to multitask and be adaptable to change.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Confident with IT - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and Zoom,
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
