We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at the business site.

Responsibilities include managing phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring they are directed to the correct department or staff member. The role involves creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors and addressing their queries.

Duties:

  • Greeting visitors warmly and offering immediate assistance.
  • Managing and directing incoming calls.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing and accepting mail.
  • Maintaining and organizing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Signing in visitors and issuing visitor badges.
  • Using the Public Address (P.A.) system to make announcements as needed.
  • Setting up meeting facilities and arranging for catering when necessary.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting times.
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to answer phones and multitask efficiently
  • Customer support experience
