Recruitment Coordinator

A leading and innovative business within graduate recruitment is currently looking to recruit a new member to their Assessment Coordination team. 

The role of Recruitment Coordinator is fast-paced, busy and interesting! Working as part of a team you will be responsible for high volume graduate recruitment, contacting applicants (predominantly graduates) to assess their suitability for entry level sales and sales support roles.  You will be screening via telephone and virtual interviews to assess suitability before progressing successful applicants onto the assessment centres.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be heavily involved in the organising of the assessment centres ranging from booking applicants on, sending invites, confirming attendees, pre-assessment checks and relevant feedback at the end.  You will also oversee cancellations or any queries that arise throughout the process.

We would love to hear from you if you already have some experience in recruitment or recruitment resourcing. However, we will consider graduates wanting to pursue a career within recruitment who can display previous experience within sales, customer service or market research.

Confidence with strong communication skills is an absolute must for this role as well as being organised and working to strict deadlines. 

This is an ongoing temporary contract, strong opportunity for something permanent for the right people!

Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm.
