A leading and innovative business within Graduate recruitment are currently looking to recruit a new member to their Assessment Coordination team. Initially a 6-8 week contract to help with a new project that has arisen, however they will consider longer-term opportunities if suitable.
Working as part of a busy team you will be responsible for high volume recruitment, contacting applicants (predominantly graduates) to assess their suitability for entry level sales and sales support roles. You will be screening via telephone and virtual interviews to assess this suitability before progressing successful applicants onto the assessment centres.
You will be heavily involved in the organising of the assessment centres ranging from booking applicants on, sending invites, confirming attendees, pre-assessment checks with the applicants and relevant feedback at the end. You will also oversee cancellations or any queries that arise throughout the process.
Previous experience within a recruitment or resourcing environment is highly desirable however the client will also consider graduates wanting to pursue a career within recruitment who can display previous experience within sales, customer services or market research.
Confidence with strong communication skills is an absolute must for this role as well as being organised and working to strict deadlines. Initially the role will be home-based with the intention of returning to the office (Wilmslow) within the next few months.
This role is to start immediately, and you must be able to commit to the initial 8 weeks.
