Recruitment HR Administrator

Recruitment Administration £19256 - pro rata salary for 4 days

This exciting Recruitment Administration position which is based within the Heald Green area is working permanently on a part-time basis and requires someone who has an excellent administration recruitment/HR background. The role will be working within a small but busy team, and you will be providing administration support to the HR and Training department. The client is looking at candidates who have HR / RECRUITMENT experience, if you are keen to develop and learn within an HR role and have recruitment and onboarding experience this could be the ideal role for you.

Working 4 or 5 days per week, 3-4 days based in Heald Green and 1 day in their other local office you will be actively involved with pre-screening of suitable candidates, advertising for job roles, issuing new contracts for members of staff, training co-ordination and updating the training platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

· Onboarding of new employees inputting details onto the system

· Provide HR administration support for employees.

· Ensure all employee registration details are current and up to date.

· Administer recruitment and selection activity.

· Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and volunteer agreements, as appropriate.

· Process all pre-employment and pre-volunteering checks.

· Process leavers’ files and documentation

· Complete DBS checks

· Co-ordinate administration for external Education and Training Inductions

· Arrange external and internal bookings onto education events.

· Co-ordinate student placements, with direction from the Education and Training Manager

Experience required.

· HR / Recruitment administration experience, exposure to onboarding new employees

· Excellent IT skills, keen to learn new systems.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· You will need to have transport and own a car to travel to the other office.

· Team player, confident approach with a motivated attitude
