A Specialist Care provider is currently looking for an experienced recruiter who is looking to work within my client's business recruiting and engaging with Social Care/Support staff for their organisation. We need candidates who have the skill to recruit for the Care, Support or Education Sector, our client has multiple locations across the North and is looking for a talented Recruiter who can search, select, engage, place and continue the engagement with all job positions and the onboarding process including future talent management.

You will be responsible for all areas of the recruitment and the onboarding process, importantly, networking with candidates and managing pipelines of future candidates is key to this position alongside engagement and ensuring the onboarding journey is smooth.  You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and react to tight deadlines.

You will need to be constantly evolving both yourself and the recruitment process to make sure that you are the employer of choice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

  • Manage a Talent Pipeline of candidates across multiple positions
  • Carry out initial Pre-screens with all potentials
  • Complete the full interview process
  • Ensure all compliance is discussed with candidates
  • Constantly improve the knowledge and keep up to date with all legislation  
  • Write engaging adverts
  • Respond to all enquiries
  • Manage future pipelines
  • Provide role duties for all possible candidates
  • Complete all relevant paperwork
  • Organise interviews with the Hiring Manager.
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Continuous engagement with new starters
