Fabulous opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established and vibrant company in the heart of Wilmslow. Due to the expansion of the team, they are looking to recruit a very organised team player. Role will be based from home initially.
- Handling written enquiries
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Logging notes against customer profiles with updates or changes
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, scanning or shredding
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Supporting a range of administrative duties within the department as required
The position will be suited to someone with the following skills and attributes:
- Administration experience
- Ability to work in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment
- Enjoys working in a close-knit team
- Organising workload and working to strict deadlines
- Great IT Skills – experienced in using Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
This is an ongoing temporary role, initially based from home (all IT equipment will be provided)
Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (37hrs pw)
