Well respected firm looking for an experience licensed Conveyancer to join their busy property team.

• Dealing with Freehold and leasehold, sales, purchase and new builds, remortgages, plot sales, transfers of equity and declaration of trust
• Landlord and tenant work, leasehold extensions, enfranchisement and shared equity
• Granting, assignment and acquisition of business leases
• Handle challenging conveyancing matters and clients
• Prepare notice of assignment and charge, registering title and dealing with requisitions

The ideal candidate:

Must possess experience (preferably 3 years)
