Submit quotations in accordance with pricing protocols
Look after the general customer service aspects of your clients and build long-term relationships.
Look for new leads and opportunities as part of the business development strategy
Increase the order value /saIes frequency
Inform the client of other potential products that may be applicable to the applications use on the client site.
Work in conjunction with the marketing dept
Candidates will need experience in handling accounts for development opportunities and ensuring customer retention through service alongside sales to potential clients.
