Sales Administrator required for a four-month contract!
This role will be a mix of office and home working!
Working as an integral part of the internal sales team you will carry out a variety of administrative duties including;
- Manage incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Create accounts, orders, enquiries, returns
- Process purchase orders
- Complete daily reports
- Own and manage customer accounts
- Database maintenance
- Prepare and deliver quotations
- Assist with customer queries
- Deal with customer complaints
- Support the teams with sales admin duties
- Use SAP and Salesforce
As an experienced Sales Administrator, you will be skilled in managing your own workload in a busy environment, be able to work effectively with colleagues and be experienced using SAP. You will also need excellent communication skills with a positive and flexible nature.
Salary £10.00 p/hr
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00 (some flexibility)
