Sales Administrator – Salary Up to £27,000 - Leigh

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive to join a growing team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer journey — from order processing through to invoicing and aftercare. Lovely company to work for, with a friendly, vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Processing orders accurately, including picking stock through the system and preparing dispatch documentation.
  • Handling incoming orders received via email and ensuring they are correctly logged and actioned.
  • Coordinating with production teams to raise production requests where required.
  • Issuing and checking documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing and sending invoices in a timely manner.
  • Providing support to customers via phone and email, addressing queries quickly and effectively.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring account management is proactive and efficient.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role is essential.
  • Proven track record of processing orders and handling customer accounts.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident working with systems and managing paperwork accurately.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.

Monday – Friday 37.5 hour

Salary £25,000-£27,000
