Sales Administrator – Salary Up to £27,000 - Leigh
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive to join a growing team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer journey — from order processing through to invoicing and aftercare. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Processing orders accurately, including picking stock through the system and preparing dispatch documentation.
- Handling incoming orders received via email and ensuring they are correctly logged and actioned.
- Coordinating with production teams to raise production requests where required.
- Issuing and checking documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing and sending invoices in a timely manner.
- Providing support to customers via phone and email, addressing queries quickly and effectively.
- Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring account management is proactive and efficient.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role is essential.
- Proven track record of processing orders and handling customer accounts.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident working with systems and managing paperwork accurately.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
Monday – Friday 37.5 hour
Salary £25,000-£27,000
