A busy Sales Support position that is varied and needs an experienced Sales Support candidate who has excellent attention to detail and is a natural communicator to deal with the customer support side of the position.  Initially, a 12 month fixed term with a strong possibility through the growth of the business of the position being made permanent.  

Time will be focused on managing the support and subscription renewal process for clients and playing new orders.  A great proportion of time will be spent on communicating and handling customer information and checking the technical aspects of the orders.

  • Prepare, raise, provide and chase customer renewal quotations.
  • Provide excellent telephone and email based customer service.
  • Advise customers on support features and benefits
  • Process customer renewal orders.
  • Proactively manage and update the CRM relative to renewal processes and procedures

We would love to hear from candidates who have experience in sales support, order processing, customer service or quotes experience.  Candidates most suited to this role are organised and have excellent attention to detail.
