12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - offering a permanent contract at 12 months. 

This is a busy Administration position that is varied and requires someone who has excellent communication skills. Working from the Cheadle office with potential home working days, you will be responsible for the administration process for the Renewal Contract Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working within a positive and upbeat team of 4.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract starting ASAP with massive potential of turning into a permanent role. 

  • Prepare, raise, provide and chase customer renewal quotations.
  • Provide excellent telephone and email-based customer service.
  • Process customer renewal orders.
  • Proactively manage and update the CRM relative to renewal processes and procedures

We would love to hear from candidates who have experience in sales support, administration, order processing, customer service, or quotes experience.  Candidates most suited to this role are organised and will have excellent attention to detail, they will also be calm under pressure, confident when dealing with customers.
