Sales Administrator

We are working with a fantastic company who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and progressing customer orders and will play a part in the activities of the Sales Office Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer orders and enquiries over the phone and email
  • Liaising with internal and external customers regarding sales orders and delivery
  • Checking stock availability 
  • Handle customer complaints
  • General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a confident telephone manner, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £19,350 rising to £21,500 after probation
Hours: Monday - Friday
