Sales Administrator – 9 month FTC
Up to £28,000 depending on experience
Hybrid position!
We are looking for a highly driven individual to join a busy team on a nine month maternity cover. The role is to start ASAP.
The role requires flexibility, adaptability and the ability to “muck in”!
• Process customer orders to timescales and keep the customer updated at each stage.
• Liaise with providers to ensure all components are ordered.
• Review daily reports to ensure all open orders are monitored in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues regarding delivery, pricing etc.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports for Senior Management.
• Liaise with the Line Manager regarding customer credit limits and missed payments.
You will also carry out some general financial duties such as:
- Bank reconciliations.
- Process bank transactions.
- Create and send invoices.
The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience, have excellent IT skills including using Excel and be able to commit to the duration of the contract.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00 with an early Friday finish. This role offers two days hybrid.
