Sales Coordinator – Runcorn
Looking for a Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales Executive, Sales Administrator, or Sales Order Processor who is looking for their next challenge within the electrical wholesale sector.
Seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Coordinator to join a growing team. Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will play a key role in driving branch sales growth, managing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and is motivated by achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers daily, providing product advice, quotations, and excellent customer service
- Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Proactively follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates and secure new business
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and develop sales opportunities across the branch
- Expedite customer and supplier orders, resolving any issues relating to returns or non-conforming products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Support the wider sales team with administrative and sales coordination activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company values
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience supporting and driving sales growth
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience preparing and following up on quotations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
- Comfortable working towards KPIs, sales targets, and branch growth objectives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy sales environment
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
- Growing customer accounts and increasing sales revenue
- Winning new business or securing key contracts
- Improving quotation conversion rates
- Exceeding sales KPIs and performance targets
Monday – Friday – Office Based
Salary £30,000
