I am currently supporting our client with a Sales Manager role based in Germany. The company is a global healthcare company that specialise in the Wound / Skin care market who are experiencing dramatic growth. The purpose of the role is to achieve business targets agreed with the Vice President of International Sales and have key responsibility for the sales of products and services to a specific group of strategic important clients within a determined region in order to increase market share and turnover and build long-lasting relationship reflecting the high quality standard of the company and its products.
The key competencies are Leadership, Communication, Team Work, Problem Solving, Planning and Organisational Skills, Technology and Tools, Learning, Initiative and Enterprise and Self Management.
You will be responsible for focus for each territory and ensuring adherence for KPI's, you must have excellent written and verbal skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You will be able to plan and organize in collaboration with the Marketing manager to share ideas and best practice. You must also possess excellent record keeping and data collection skills. You will report directly to the VP of International Sales.
