Sales Order Processor – Golborne
Sales Order Processor to support a busy sales office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company where your contribution makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing customer orders via our internal system
- Preparing and sending quotes to customers in a timely manner
- Proactively following up on outstanding quotes and enquiries
- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email, providing exceptional service
- Ensuring all order information is recorded accurately and kept up to date
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar sales administration or order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using internal systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Monday – Friday, full-time time all office-based
Salary £25,000-£27,000 DOE
