If your looking for a role in a thriving business that is expanding and building on decades of success then this job could be for you!  Working as part of a large office team we need candidates who have experience in Order Processing or Sales Administration to join this team. 

My client has a long-established client base and thanks to its success plenty of new customers.  The main purpose of the job is to take all sales orders and process them end to end so that stock levels are checked and delivery organized.

  1. To deal with customer orders and enquiries received by telephone, fax and mail and ensure that such orders are processed rapidly and accurately.
  1. To input, update or amend orders in the computer system
  1. To monitor the progress of orders and keep the customers advised of any variation in agreed delivery dates or other variables, providing the maximum advance notice to the customer.
  1. To handle customer complaints and effect collections of goods for return and to issue any relevant credit note documentation.
  1. To work closely with and provide support for the field sales staff, to provide the best levels of service to the customers.
  1. To liaise with various departments on order despatch, special order processing, technical enquiries and accounting enquiries, so as to provide the customer with the most efficient response.

Candidates should have experience in taking multiple orders and good computer skills.  This is a perm position with a 21.5k salary on offer on completion of probation.
