We are seeking a Sales Progressor within Housing or Estates who will help administer the process between offer and exchange by collating all of the sales relevant details and acting as both a point of contact for parties involved in the sale - the seller, buyer, solicitors, other estate agents, etc.
This is a temporary position with a potential to go permanent, and an immediate start is available to the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors, local council
- Corresponding with Vendors and purchasers via telephone and email
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
- Updating and maintaining running sales files
- Showing persistence when required to ensure exchange deadline is met
We are keen to hear from candidates with the below experience and skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Strong relationship-building skills and driven, proactive and confident nature
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience within a similar role in estate agency and knowledge of the UK property market
- Full in-depth knowledge of conveyancing process would be an advantage
