Sales Support Administrator – Haydock

About the Role
You’ll be the vital link between the external sales team and customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with the external sales support team
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Sending out product samples to new and existing customers
- Obtaining prices and preparing customer quotations
- Raising purchase orders and following up on delivery times
- Raising invoices and supporting general sales admin
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar sales support or administrative role
- Be confident in processing orders and chasing quotes
- Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Be a proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Monday – Thursday 9-5pm
Friday 9-4.30pm
Salary £25,000-£26,000 DOE
