The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer at my client's business is a key role and needs someone who is a proactive recruitment professional who has demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and can provide mentoring for Officers.

This Talent Acquisition position is responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing new talent for the business whilst keeping the candidate journey as smooth as possible through effective communication, answering queries and keeping the talent pipeline updated.

General Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Be a point of escalation for Talent Officers and provide mentoring and support
  • Build strong relationships with the team and collaborate with the PSL, Internal contacts and all resourcing functions,
  • Manage the careers calendar and schedule interviews
  • Conduct first stage interviews
  • Consistently update candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Screen candidates and match to suitable assignments

We are looking to speak to candidates who have experience in recruitment, preferably a year and over that can deliver the following:

    • Develop a strong understanding of the contributes and attributes that make successful candidates
    • Ensure consistent quality assurance throughout the end to end the recruitment process
    • Build strong relationships with candidates to really understand their key skills and experience
    • Develop strong relationships with client partners and practice leads to understand our client requirements fully to ensure the right candidates are selected.
    • Develop a strong understanding of candidate pipeline, understanding volume across locations, skills, and experience
