Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 + Excellent Benefits, Yearly Bonus

Are you a Commercial Property or Conveyancing professional looking to specialise within the pensions sector?

We’re recruiting for a leading financial services firm seeking a SIPP & SSAS Commercial Property Specialist to manage a portfolio of commercial property transactions within pension schemes.

You’ll handle the full lifecycle of commercial property purchases, sales and transfers within SIPP and SSAS schemes, ensuring all activity is accurate, compliant and efficiently delivered.

Working closely with solicitors, lenders, valuers and advisers, you’ll manage complex cases while providing technical support across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property transactions within SIPP & SSAS schemes
• Liaise with solicitors, lenders, valuers and managing agents
• Review legal documentation and completion paperwork
• Administer rent, VAT and property-related scheme requirements
• Ensure compliance with HMRC pension legislation and scheme rules
• Support complex casework and internal technical queries

About You

• Background in commercial property, conveyancing, SIPP/SSAS or legal property administration
• Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
