Part-Time Social Media & Administration Assistant

Temporary Ongoing Position – Potential Permanent Opportunity

Looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Administration Assistant to join a lovely friendly team on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis. This role offers flexible working hours around school schedules and is office-based.

The successful candidate will support two separate companies, creating engaging social media content while also assisting with day-to-day administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing social media content across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Designing content using Canva (essential)
  • Scheduling and posting content regularly
  • Supporting two businesses with their online presence
  • Answering incoming phone calls professionally
  • Taking customer enquiries and quotations
  • Providing general administrative support

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience managing social media accounts
  • Be confident creating engaging content and reels/videos
  • Be able to demonstrate previous social media work created for other companies
  • Have strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Be confident using Canva to create graphics and marketing materials
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

 

Part-time: 12–16 hours per week - Possible to move to 20 hours.
