My client a leading business within the Chemical industry, currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to support them with an influx of work. Based in Ellesmere Port with excellent transport links this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for an immediate contract for 6-12 months. This role is a new opportunity and does give you the option to grow and progress within the business, this may be a temporary role however this could open up to opportunities in the business permanently or more long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage forecasting systems and ensure data is up to date
- Ensuring that the forecasting is accurately uploaded into the system
- Prepare and issue reports on product lines/regions
- Supporting the Demand Manager with tasks including communication to sales manager
- Working with the planning team to identify any potential supply issues
Key Skills or Experience:
- A good communicator at all levels
- Have good attention to detail
- Good excel skills
- A supply chain/planning experience is essential
- Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Hours and Days working: Monday – Friday / 08:30-17:00
