Are you experienced within recruitment but wanting to get away from a heavy sales environment? My client is a leader in their field and work with some of the UK’s leading brands; they specialise in graduate recruitment and are currently looking for additional staff to join their Talent team to help support with a key project.
Initially for 8 weeks this is great contract for you to get involved in and really get to grips with the recruitment market. There are NO SALES involved in this role, instead you will be responsible for pre-screening potential applicants to ensure they meet the clients’ requirements before booking them onto assessment centre.
Key Duties include
- Telephone screening and virtual interviews (approx. 80 per day)
- Coordinating and booking candidates on assessment centre
- Updating and managing the inhouse database
The role offers flexible working with two days office based and three days wfh. All equipment will be provided, and they offer in-depth training. There is also the potential for permanent opportunities within the business at a later date.
You must be able to display strong communication skills, ability to work within a fast and busy environment as well as being able to hit targets. Previous experience within the recruitment sector is necessary for this role.
