A forward-thinking innovative tech company are looking to Recruit Technical Trainer to ensure all UK staff and customers have an appropriate level of product knowledge (Hardware & Software)

• Ensuring all staff across the business have an appropriate level of product knowledge, by conducting training reviews, gap analysis and refresher sessions where needed
• Provide relevant technical advice to all departments across the business
• Develop competency assessments to evaluate the knowledge of staff
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design technical training courses for new and existing products and solutions, that are tailored to a range of audiences
• Deliver classroom, in field and remote training sessions to both staff and clients
• Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of products
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
• Work closely with the Product Management team, providing feedback on products and customer requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience working as a professional trainer delivering technical training
• Hold, or be willing to work towards a professional training qualification (i.e. CIPD or equivalent)
• Ability to present to, and engage with, a wide range of audiences
• Able to quickly learn new technology applications, company products and library industry
• Must be willing to travel
