A forward-thinking innovative tech company are looking to Recruit Technical Trainer to ensure all UK staff and customers have an appropriate level of product knowledge (Hardware & Software)
- Ensuring all staff across the business have an appropriate level of product knowledge, by conducting training reviews, gap analysis and refresher sessions where needed
- Provide relevant technical advice to all departments across the business
- Develop competency assessments to evaluate the knowledge of staff
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design technical training courses for new and existing products and solutions, that are tailored to a range of audiences
- Deliver classroom, in field and remote training sessions to both staff and clients
- Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of products
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
- Work closely with the Product Management team, providing feedback on products and customer requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience working as a professional trainer delivering technical training
- Hold, or be willing to work towards a professional training qualification (i.e. CIPD or equivalent)
- Ability to present to, and engage with, a wide range of audiences
- Able to quickly learn new technology applications, company products and library industry
- Must be willing to travel
