- Producing customer facing documentation to support implementation of technical products.
- Thoroughly researching and creating technical instruction manuals for maintenance and installation
- Maintain the digital documentation library to ensure all content is up to date and easily accessible.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a logical manner suitable for understanding by a wide range of readers
- Attend product development meetings and identify tasks in accordance with new and current product development.
- Work well as part of a specialist team.
- Liaise with colleagues globally to make complex information easy to understand.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Personal interest in technology, and a flair for communicating technical messages to different audiences.
- Technical writing background (Preferred)
- Excellent command of grammar and punctuation.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Office skills, to include layout & design of documents and diagrams to compliment written instructions.
- Ability to work to deadlines to meet product launches dates.
- Excellent communication skills.
