Telemarketing Executive- Knutsford- £30k

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join a dynamic team in Knutsford. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing clients , promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
• Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing them with information about our offerings and addressing any queries they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback received.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and generating leads.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours

Mon- Fri 7.5 hour shifts ( Flexi time, some late evenings will be required)

Availability to work every other Saturday 10:00-13:00 paid as overtime.

Salary 30k
