Trainee Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Administrator

Employed Salary: £27,500 + Commission

The Opportunity:

A growing independent financial advice firm based in Liverpool is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with full training, support, and a clear path to becoming a qualified adviser.

The Role:

• Support advisers through the full mortgage process
• Assist with fact-finding, research, and recommendations
• Work across residential, buy-to-let, and remortgage cases
• Maintain compliant client records
• Develop towards giving whole-of-market advice

About You:

• CeMAP qualified or working towards it
• Interest in a career in mortgage & protection advice
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• If working as a Mortgage Administrator and part way through CEMAP would be considered

• Employed salary: £27,500 basic + commission
