As a Trainee Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and existing paraplanning team. This is a varied and rewarding position ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Supporting experienced Paraplanners and Financial Advisers
• Attending client review meetings and taking detailed notes
• Drafting suitability reports based on adviser recommendations
• Handling client queries and general enquiries
• Requesting product information and illustrations from providers
• Submitting and processing new business cases
• Conducting product and fund research
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
• Liaising with clients, providers, and introducers

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Driven, organised, and enthusiastic
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• A team player with a flexible and methodical approach
• Committed to gaining further qualifications such as the Diploma in Financial Planning
• Previous experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential – your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
