Excellent opportunity for an organised and well-presented Training Administrator to join a Nationwide company based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The role of Training and Facility Administrator is a hugely important role….being the face, voice and organiser of the business for all the departments!
Duties are very varied day-to-day and likely to include:
- General office management including Facility management, ensuring cleanliness at all times and overall maintenance of the building ensuring the office is secure at all times.
- Meet and greets on reception, signing in delegates and visitors (Temperature checks on reception (COVID-19 Secure)
- Management of the company car park for staff and visitors.
- Preparing building ID access cards for new and current staff.
- Manage all stationery and printer consumables
- Management of all training equipment.
- Assisting in setting up the boardroom for meetings.
- Checking training rooms are set up, stocked, and tidy prior to the courses starting, reporting any broken, unusable equipment or facilities.
- Overall support with training courses ensuring they are running on time and all trainers have the required documents/materials/equipment. Maintaining and updating of accurate record of meetings.
- Formatting and printing Training Workbooks for UK and international training courses. Proofreading when English.
- Booking and scheduling delegates on future courses and sending joining instructions for open and bespoke courses.
- Setting up Zoom accounts for the training and apprenticeship delivery teams, creating Zoom meetings which will be sent out with the Joining Instructions.
- Scheduling of open training courses, trainers, venues and training equipment.
