Excellent opportunity for an organised and well-presented Training Administrator to join a Nationwide company based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

The role of Training and Facility Administrator is a hugely important role….being the face, voice and organiser of the business for all the departments!

Duties are very varied day-to-day and likely to include:

  • General office management including Facility management, ensuring cleanliness at all times and overall maintenance of the building ensuring the office is secure at all times.
  • Meet and greets on reception, signing in delegates and visitors (Temperature checks on reception (COVID-19 Secure)
  • Management of the company car park for staff and visitors.
  • Preparing building ID access cards for new and current staff.
  • Manage all stationery and printer consumables
  • Management of all training equipment.
  • Assisting in setting up the boardroom for meetings.
  • Checking training rooms are set up, stocked, and tidy prior to the courses starting, reporting any broken, unusable equipment or facilities.
  • Overall support with training courses ensuring they are running on time and all trainers have the required documents/materials/equipment. Maintaining and updating of accurate record of meetings.
  • Formatting and printing Training Workbooks for UK and international training courses. Proofreading when English.
  • Booking and scheduling delegates on future courses and sending joining instructions for open and bespoke courses.
  • Setting up Zoom accounts for the training and apprenticeship delivery teams, creating Zoom meetings which will be sent out with the Joining Instructions.
  • Scheduling of open training courses, trainers, venues and training equipment.

The role is likely to suit someone who has:

  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be adaptable to change.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Confident with IT - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and Zoom,
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solution-focused/problem solver.
  • Reporting, monitoring and evaluation of documents
