A fabulous opportunity for an internal recruitment administrator to join a well-established business in Wilmslow.

Working closely with the Manager and the small admin team your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Adding new candidate information to the database
  • Updating and amending candidate information
  • Ensuring all information is logged accurately
  • Liaise with the sales team and managers regarding live vacancies
  • Writing advertisements to attract high calibre of candidates for the vacancies
  • Put forward ideas and work with initiative
  • Assist on reporting of statistics
  • General administrative duties

The ideal for this candidate will have some of the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience working in a busy administration role, maybe as a support to HR or Recruitment team
  • Excellent use of the English language
  • Creative writing skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work in a small busy team, sometimes independently
  • Smart appearance and professional attitude
  • Punctual and reliable
  • A desire to succeed and be part of a fast-moving company
