A great opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a well-established and reputable dealership in Westbury.

Monday-Friday 9AM-5.30PM

Working in a team you will be responsible for ensuring the process of used vehicles sales is smooth and trouble-free for the customer. Working alongside the services and accounts and sales personnel your duties are likely to include:

  • Processing the sales of used vehicles which may include invoicing, arranging deliveries, valeting etc
  • Processing the purchases of used vehicles including arranging payments, documentation, collections, booking vehicle preparation and repairs with the workshop
  • Advertising used vehicles onto internet sales sites
  • Adding and amending details of vehicles onto the Kerridge systems
  • Organising company vehicles for staff

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A strong administrator with proven experience
  • Able to prioritise admin tasks
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work quickly in an often busy and pressured environment
  • Able to check work, ensuring no details are missed
  • Be confident in using computer systems particularly Kerridge and MSWord & MSExcel
  • Proactive
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent organiser
